HOUSE RULES FOR LA VIOLICA
Dear guests, it is our goal to create a welcoming and hospitable environment. We hope you enjoy a wonderful stay in our home. The following House Rules are designed to make your stay pleasant and your coexistence with other guests harmonious. By adhering to a few simple rules and respecting the apartment's use, you will be able to maintain this accommodation, designed for your leisure or business vacation, in excellent condition.
1) CHECK-IN AND ROOM ENTRY
On the day of arrival, rooms will be available from 4:30 PM, subject to prior notification to the staff. Access to the rooms is permitted exclusively to guests of the property, so entry by unauthorized, unregistered, or unauthorized guests is prohibited.
If a guest brings a person unknown to management into their room without providing identification, the maximum rate for a double room will be applied as a penalty, even if the unauthorized entry occurred in a single room. Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the guest's stay and ask them to leave the property. If the guest's companion refuses to provide identification, the police will be contacted to collect the amount due.
2) CHANGE AND USE OF ROOM LINEN
We are a small, non-hotel facility. Our goal is to provide our guests with a comfortable, high-quality environment at an affordable price. Therefore, we must avoid unnecessary waste. We ask for your kind cooperation in using the amenities provided.
Towels, included in the room rate, are changed after three days of a guest's stay and with each new guest. Sheets are changed after seven days and with each new guest, regardless of the condition of the linens. Therefore, guests are asked to use the linens provided appropriately and not to throw towels on the floor in order to have them replaced after a single use. We therefore recommend drying towels in the designated areas, such as the towel racks or clotheslines.
It is possible to specifically request a change of linens before the three-day change, but in this case, a fee of €12.00 per person will be charged. If the linens provided in the rooms are found to be missing or if they are irreparably soiled, rendering their washing unnecessary or particularly laborious and expensive due to
improper use by the guest, a €10.00 charge per item will be applied as compensation for damages, and the irreparably stained item will be returned to the guest.
3) CLEANING
The cleaning service, included in the price, occurs every three days from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Guests wishing to use this service are asked to allow access to the room during the times indicated when requested. Otherwise, if access to the room for cleaning is not possible, the service will be available until the following day. If the room is found to be in poor sanitary conditions, or if it is dirty beyond the normal usage that a guest can reasonably expect, an additional €15.00 per day will be charged, in addition to any damage caused by dirt or improper use of the furnishings (such as permanent stains on carpets, bedspreads, curtains, or furniture).
Food is not permitted in the rooms. Common areas may be used for this purpose, provided they are left tidy.
4) RULES OF CONDUCT
Guests are required to abide by the rules of civil coexistence, especially those relating to condominium life, by respecting the quiet hours from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are also required to use common areas and equipment in a decorous and responsible manner, seeking to avoid causing discomfort or disruption to one another, and are also invited to air out the common areas and rooms in order to avoid the stagnation of unpleasant odors. The use of alcohol and drugs within the facility is strictly prohibited.
Any damage caused to the facilities, furniture, or property due to carelessness or negligence must be promptly reported to the staff and will be attributed to the person responsible.
5) SMOKING IN ROOMS
By express legal provision (Law 584 of 1975, Article 51 of Law 3 of 2003 and subsequent amendments) and for obvious hygiene and safety reasons, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the facility. Smoking is permitted only on the shared terrace, taking care not to disturb other guests. Please note that each room is equipped with a smoke detector.
6) WASTE SEPARATE COLLECTION
In Guspini, waste collection is done door-to-door, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in disposing of it. Special bins are available in the common areas for the collection of plastic and metal, paper, organic waste, and residual dry waste. Please do not leave food or debris in your room that could create unpleasant odors or hygiene problems.
7) CHECK-OUT
As stated on the property's website and on bookings received from the relevant OTAs, check-out time is 10:30 AM. Delays of up to 30 minutes after this time in vacating the room are tolerated. If the room is still occupied by people or items, such as luggage or guest's belongings, after 12:00 PM, a penalty equivalent to an additional night's stay at the maximum rate will be charged, without the guest being entitled to the corresponding stay. For special needs, please inform the staff promptly.
